Little Love Bug

How about something cute and bright for a spring layout? Check out this little ladybug page made by Christine. This layout uses some of the new paper from the designer Heidi Grace.  Almost all her papers have glitter somewhere on the page giving your layout a little something extra when complete.

The colors make this a striking page and a perfect layout for little girls.  Here's a close-up of one of the bugs...

Or perhaps you prefer colors that are a bit more subdued.  If so, take a look at this butterfly page by Christine. ANW Crestwood is the manufacturer of this line and would be great for spring/Easter layouts. Christine layered the butterflies so that they are three dimensional and look like they truly are in flight.

The Latest In-Store Kits2Go

OMG!!! Cosmo Cricket Snorkeling!!! And Spinners!!!

Cosmo Cricket has done an awesome job with their releases this spring with each one a winner.  We showed you Girl Friday earlier and some page ideas using that paper and their heritage-looking line called Everafter. Now you've GOT to see this...

But that's not all...  They've added these fun new spinner cards to the mix that would be adorable on a page but maybe you should buy some extras to attach magnets to and put on your refrigerator!  There's the "Pretty Please" spinner that you could use to let your family know what you need from them on that particular day.  And there's the "Fortune Teller" spinner that can help you make important decisions about your day!  What do you think???

S.O.S. Sale - February 27th & 28th

This is the week you've been waiting for. Your friends and neighbors are borrowing our space and are setting up a "garage-sale" type event. They will be practically giving away supplies that they no longer need by drastically reducing the price on products from their own stash.

Here's your chance to get some great deals on items that you may have been searching for in stores. You will be pleasantly surprised by what will be available.

In addition, there will be boutique-type items for sale so don't miss out!

This event begins at 10 am Friday morning and lasts until 7 pm Saturday night. As with all events of this nature, the earlier you get here, the better!!!

More TC to Love...

If you still haven't come by to see the new Teresa Collins line, I'm going to show you more and entice you. 

First of all, here are photos of the 7 x 13 album covers for her new size paper that I showed you on Monday, Feb. 16th.  The first 2 are the tab file covers and the second 2 are the scallop covers.

 

Of course, in the first picture she is illustrating that the Zutter binder is the way to use her covers and papers.  As with her other size albums, these have page protectors already punched to use with the Zutter binding system.

Now on to another new line of paper, transparencies and embellishments called Documented.

  These last 4 are 5 1/2 x 12 transparencies.

The last photo shows a new kit she has with this line. It is an envelope album and these are available in the store. We have an example put together so stop by and see it in person to get a better idea of what it is all about.

"Egg-ceptional" Easter Idea

Check out this cute page Melissa designed using the Easter line from Best Creation. Paper from that company always has glitter on one side of their double-sided paper making it fun to work with.  Melissa cut out some of the Easter eggs to feature them on top of the paper and used pop dots behind them to add dimension. A little ric-rac and ribbon bows to top off the glittered eggs makes this page "egg-ceptional!!!
