New Classes Coming in August!!!

Dana is back with another new book in her "Hippy Chip" series and you are going to love the fresh new ideas she's incorporated into this book. Here's a peek at some of the pages from her Travel Hippy Chip Book.

This is the cover of Dana's own book showing that you can make the cover from something as unusual as a license plate. However, a license plate cover WILL NOT be part of the class supplies she provides. If you have an old license plate of your own, she will be happy to punch it for you to use on your book. Otherwise, you will have a clear acrylic cover to decorate.

Plan Ahead...

The dates for our Saturday Night Crop in August have been confirmed. The crops will be on August 8th and August 22nd. Plan now to reserve a spot for your group. Gather your scrappin' girlfriends and reserve your own table (or more!) for one of these nights.

Saturday Night Crops take place in our "Corral" and allow you the use of our die cuts and tools. Browse the store for ideas, unique embellishments and other fun stuff for your albums. The crops start at 5:30 for you early birds but you don't need to arrive at that specific time. Come in as your schedule allows. Then scrap and visit the night away --until 11:30 when the crop ends!

KITS2GO Available Now

Just wanted to update you on the kits2go that are available now in the store. They sell through quickly and new ones are put up for sale several times each week. Here's a look at a few of the kits that we have today.

This first kit is a bright summer page just waiting for your pool pictures. The ribbons and button and lettering add to the dimension on this page.

 

This next kit is a great kit to use for lots of different photos. It could be anniversary photos, wedding photos, little girl, family, summer and more. I guess my point is that this wonderful kit is very versatile. Come check it out!

 

The colors in this layout continue to be a popular combination and that's what makes this kit so adorable. Grab this kit for that special photo you've been waiting to scrapbook.

 

The last kit I have to show you today is another summertime kit with oranges, lime greens and touches of pinks and blues. With areas for 4-5 photos, you can get quite a few of your summer favorites scrapbooked on this page.

Oh, Baby

We have a new display up front at our store with lots of baby ideas. It will give you inspiration for your own baby pages. There are several manufacturers used in the display to give you more choices. Let me show you how cute the display is.

Let's look at a few of these close-up.

Kim designed this page and it includes a little mini album with pages for baby's firsts. To make this work within a sheet protector, just cut a slit in the page protector right where the spine of the album is and then pull it through so that it is on the outside of the sheet protector.  Look at all the different pages she made in the mini album.

 

Using the same paper and a different sticker sheet from Pebbles, Inc, Kim made this "lil' squirt" page. Fun designs for boys!

Teresa Collins' New Lines Have Arrived!!!

She's back up front!

We have reclaimed the Teresa Collins display space on our front tables to make sure you don't miss her new designs! Think wedgewood blue for her new "Friendship" line. Great paper designs, wonderful quotes, and pages that work so well with her 7 x 12 albums. Let me show you a few...

 

The second new line is a "Sports" line that has been done in general colors so that you may add your own team's colors without a problem. Here are the papers for that line...

New Company - New Look

Another new company has arrived at Scrapbook Barn and we are very excited to show you these new products.

Here are the papers for this line.  They are all double-sided and each barcode strip, that we usually cut off and throw away, has a design on it that can be used on a project. (The top paper is the front; the bottom paper is the back.)
